Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your website. If you're not happy, here's how refunds work depending on your plan:
Annual Plan — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Before deployment: If your website has not yet been deployed to a live domain, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
- Website design fee ($299): Non-refundable once the website is live on your domain. The website was custom-generated and deployed specifically for your business.
- Domain registration fee: Non-refundable. Domain registrations are processed immediately through our registrar partner (Name.com) and cannot be reversed per ICANN policy. The domain remains yours — you can transfer it to another registrar after 60 days.
Monthly Plan — Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- No partial month refunds: When you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Domain registration fee: Non-refundable (same as annual plan). The domain is 100% yours.
- Pricing reminder: Months 1–3 are $29/mo. Starting month 4, the subscription is $39/mo ($29 website + $10 hosting).
Domain Ownership After Cancellation
- Your domain is registered in your name — canceling your Falapa subscription does not affect domain ownership
- After cancellation, your domain remains registered until its expiration date (typically 1 year from registration)
- You may request a free domain transfer to another registrar (contact support@falapa.site)
- We will provide the domain authorization code within 5 business days
- Domain transfers are available after 60 days from registration per ICANN policy
Hosting Cancellation
- You may cancel hosting renewal at any time
- If you cancel before your renewal date, your website will remain live until the current hosting period expires
- No partial refunds for unused hosting time
- Your domain is separate from hosting — canceling hosting does not affect your domain ownership
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Contact us at support@falapa.site with:
- Your order confirmation email
- The domain name associated with your purchase
- Reason for the refund or cancellation request
We process refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Fraudulent purchase activity
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase (annual plan)
