Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your website. If you're not happy, here's how refunds work:

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Before deployment: If your website has not yet been deployed to a live domain, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.

After Deployment

Website design fee ($299): Non-refundable once the website is live on your domain. The website was custom-generated and deployed specifically for your business.
Domain registration fee: Non-refundable. Domain registrations are processed immediately through our registrar partner and cannot be reversed per ICANN policy. The domain remains yours — you can transfer it to another registrar after 60 days.

Hosting Cancellation

You may cancel hosting renewal at any time
If you cancel before your renewal date, your website will remain live until the current hosting period expires
No partial refunds for unused hosting time
Your domain is separate from hosting — canceling hosting does not affect your domain ownership

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@fast-lending.com with:

Your order confirmation email
The domain name associated with your purchase
Reason for the refund request

We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

Fraudulent purchase activity
Violation of our Terms of Service
Requests made after 7 days from purchase
