These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Falapa website builder service. By purchasing a website through our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Falapa provides an automated website creation service for local businesses. Our service includes:

AI-generated single-page website based on your publicly available business information
Domain name registration on your behalf (registered in your name)
Website hosting for the first year (included in purchase price)
SSL certificate (provided free via Cloudflare)

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 Website Package

One-time website design & build fee: $299
Domain registration fee: varies by TLD (e.g., .com ~$12, .io ~$40)
First year hosting: included free

2.2 Annual Renewals (Starting Year 2)

Hosting: $79/year
Domain renewal: varies by TLD (see pricing at checkout)

We will send you an email reminder 2 months before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time — your domain remains yours.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Domain Ownership

The domain name registered through our service is 100% owned by you. We register the domain using your registrant information as required by ICANN. You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time after 60 days from registration (per ICANN policy).

4. Website Content

4.1 Content Sources

Website content is generated using:

Publicly available information from Google Maps (business name, address, phone, photos, reviews, hours)
AI-generated marketing copy based on your business category and details

4.2 Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may require review. You are responsible for verifying that all information on your website is accurate and up-to-date.

4.3 Photos & Images

Photos used on your website are sourced from your public Google Maps listing. You represent that you have the right to use these photos for your business website.

5. Website Modifications

The standard package includes a pre-designed website. Custom modifications may be available as an additional service. Contact us for custom website inquiries.

6. Hosting & Uptime

We host your website on Cloudflare's global CDN network. While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if your website has not been deployed to a live domain
After deployment, the website design fee ($299) is non-refundable
Domain registration fees are non-refundable (per registrar policy)
You may cancel hosting renewal at any time — your domain is still yours

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for websites that:

Promote illegal activities
Contain hate speech or discriminatory content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or spam

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falapa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The website template design is proprietary to Falapa. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated website for your business. You may not resell or redistribute the website template.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
